1. What makes "& cookies by jackie chan" special? Quality of ingredients, unique flavors, simple elegant presentation and packaging.  Our boxes are a perfect gift to celebrate ANY occasion (ie. birthdays, holidays, parties, showers, thank you, announcements, etc.)

2. Do you ship? Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping.

3. Do you deliver? Yes, we deliver around LA and Orange County.  We require at least 72 hours advance notice while additional charges will apply depending on travel distance. 

4. Do you have vegan or gluten-free cookie? At this time, we only offer our chocolate chip cookie in a gluten-free version which you can order.  However, they are not baked in an exclusively gluten-free kitchen.  

5. How long do the cookies last? Our cookies are BEST enjoyed immediately upon receiving them because they are made with no preservatives and baked from scratch.  Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed so they will last for 3-4 days however you can also freeze them for up to 3 months.  When you want to enjoy a cookie, you can simply grab one from the freezer and let it defrost to room temperature for an hour before enjoying your cookies.  

6. How big are the cookies? Our cookies weigh ~2.5-3oz and measure between 2.75" to 3" diameter in size

7. What if I have allergies? Everything is processed on shared equipment that uses gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
